The Do-Right’s music is a wondrous fusion of some of the best elements of vintage country music and vocal harmonies with an early rock ‘n roll feel. Their powerful vocals and beautiful harmonies are a treat to the ear and the band’s exciting, infectious energy makes their listeners want to jump to their feet and dance the night away!

Dede has joined forces with some of the DC area’s top classic rockers to present their version of this fun and exciting music for which they have a shared passion.

Dede Wyland has forged her musical career in the great world of bluegrass music as a nationally and internationally known singer and touring artist. Since moving to the D.C. area, she has been the recipient of 11 Washington Area Music Association Awards for her singing.

But now, with her band The Do-Rights, Dede focuses her energy on her other lifelong musical passion, rock ‘n’ roots country! Dede has joined forces with some of the DC area’s top classic rockers to present their version of this fun and exciting music for which they have a shared passion.

Scott McKnight

Scott is also a multi-instrumentalist and veteran of the greater DC area roots rock scene, and his pleasing baritone voice can both deliver a song with great style or beautifully fill out the Do-Right’s trio sound.

Rand Gardner

Groove Meister Rand Gardner grew up in Los Angeles and was given a snare drum at age one. He’s been banging out rhythms ever since. For the last 20 years he’s played with bands and singer-songwriters in and around the greater Washington DC area. Rock, soul, honky-tonk and classic country are all in his musical DNA. Rand approaches his playing with a fire, focus and finesse that reminds us that great drumming is truly an art.
